This toolkit has been produced by FLANC and FLiP in partnership.  It can be used by all professionals to enable neurodivergent clients to better access NCDR. 

FLANC was founded by a group of expert lawyers dedicated to ensuring that the neurodivergent community has equal access to justice by addressing barriers to participation in family proceedings and dispute resolution. We are passionate about increasing awareness and driving change through collaboration and education, across the legal sector and beyond.

FLiP is a specialist family law firm and a pioneer of non-court dispute resolution.  The first law firm to include solicitors, mediators and counsellors under one roof, FLiP is driven to improve outcomes for families as a whole. They support clients to use all NCDR solutions including mediation, child-inclusive mediation, arbitration, round-table negotiation, collaborative practice and the one lawyer model.
